Are you still shipping during COVID-19?

Yes, we are still working during COVID-19, and we are shipping packages as usual.

I just placed an order; when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. However, please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out; the average shipping times are 15-25 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after seven business days, please email us at [email protected].

I have entered an incorrect address; what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at [email protected]If the delivered address is faulty, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Unfortunately, no refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Can I cancel my order after I've purchased it on the website? - You can.

You can immediately cancel your order within 1 hour after purchase. This is because we process and ship packages right away to arrive at your doorstep as soon a possible. So if you change your mind, please send us a message right away.

We'll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request if your order has not shipped out yet. A returns process is required for refunds after the item arrives at your location if it's already been shipped out.

How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand, shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. However, the average shipping time is 15-25 business days.

What if I don't have a PayPal Account?
